Some of the colours I use really come to life when the sun plays across them, particularly the cadmium yellows. Attempting to show you by filming the drawing in sun playing through a tree on a breezy day.

Something special. On the Friday drawing sessions I usually spend the lunch break at Chelsea Physic Garden. This Friday it was Frog Day down at the pond.

In another memorable rotating session, I decided to stick to one style for all the drawings. I learned a lot about how I construct this style of drawing during this session. @Carla_Tofano opted to do the entire session without any cushions so we would all get a better view.

The first rotating drawn video
Instagram supplied some data for this video, a filename, but no file, the caption missing. I think it must have been this video.
On 6 February 2018, @aaronjacobjones introduced his model rotation device. A low platform that could be rotated. At first I approached this as an ordinary drawing session, choosing each style as the pose struck me. It was later that @artmodelcollective thought an animation would be really trippy, and so I made this.
